This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the rules and standards of conduct for all users of the HDE Platform at hde.dev, operated by HDE (HDetailEnterprise), located at bul. "Dunav" #1, Plovdiv, Bulgaria. This policy is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all users of the Platform, regardless of role or account type. It governs your use of all Platform features, including but not limited to: account registration, order placement, consultation bookings, support ticket interactions, affiliate programme participation, theme customisation, and file uploads.

2. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

2.1 Abuse of the Support Ticket System

Creating tickets for purposes other than legitimate support requests. This includes submitting spam tickets, duplicate tickets for the same issue, tickets containing harassment or abusive language directed at support staff, or tickets created solely to test system limits.

2.2 Fraudulent Affiliate Activity

Any attempt to generate illegitimate affiliate commissions, including creating fake accounts or orders, circumventing the self-referral prohibition, sharing affiliate codes through deceptive means, or colluding with others to inflate referral counts.

2.3 Reverse Engineering

Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of the Platform or any of its components. This does not apply to open-source components distributed under licences that explicitly permit such activities.

2.4 Exploitation of Pricing Logic

Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the Platform's pricing system, including the price multiplier mechanism, promotional discount validation, currency conversion logic, or cart calculation processes.

2.5 Unauthorised Automation

Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or other automated tools to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from HDE. This includes automated account creation, automated order placement, scraping of pricing or product data, and automated ticket submission.

2.6 Unauthorised Access

Attempting to access administrative, support, or other restricted areas of the Platform without proper authorisation. This includes attempting to escalate privileges, bypass role-based access controls, access other users' data, or exploit security vulnerabilities.

2.7 Malicious File Uploads

Uploading files that contain malware, viruses, or malicious code. File uploads on the Platform are restricted to the following formats: PNG, JPEG, WebP, and PDF, with a maximum size of 10 MB per file. Attempting to upload files that circumvent these restrictions is prohibited.

2.8 Impersonation

Impersonating HDE staff, support agents, administrators, or other users. This includes using misleading display names, false credentials, or deceptive communications that suggest an affiliation with HDE.

2.9 Account Sharing and Misuse

Sharing your account credentials with third parties, operating multiple accounts per person, or using another person's account without their consent.

2.10 Illegal Activity

Using the Platform for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law, including but not limited to intellectual property infringement, fraud, or distribution of illegal content.

3. Spam and Unsolicited Communications

You must not use the Platform's communication features (support tickets, consultation booking forms, or any other input mechanism) to send unsolicited promotional messages, advertisements, or bulk communications.
