Consultation Booking Terms
Last updated: February 2026
These Consultation Booking Terms govern the booking, conduct, and cancellation of consultations offered through the HDE Platform at hde.dev, operated by HDE (HDetailEnterprise), located at bul. "Dunav" #1, Plovdiv, Bulgaria.
1. Overview
HDE offers consultation sessions to discuss project requirements, technical questions, and service options. Consultations may be free or paid, depending on the consultation type. These terms apply to all consultation bookings made through the Platform.
2. Booking Process
Consultations are booked through a guided process on the Platform:
- Step 1: Select a consultation type from the available options.
- Step 2: Provide details about the topic you wish to discuss, any additional notes, and answer any pre-consultation questions defined for the type.
- Step 3: Choose an available date and time slot from the scheduling calendar.
- Step 4: Review and confirm your booking.
2.1 Authentication Requirement
You must be signed in to a registered account to book a consultation.
3. Availability
Consultation availability is subject to the following constraints, all of which are managed by HDE:
- Available days of the week (configurable by HDE)
- Operating hours per consultation type or global default
- Maximum bookings per day
- Buffer time between consecutive bookings
- Minimum and maximum advance booking periods
- Same-day booking restrictions and cutoff hours
- Blocked time slots set by the administrator
4. Booking Confirmation
After submission, your booking will have one of the following statuses:
- Confirmed: The booking is automatically confirmed (for free consultation types with auto-confirm enabled).
- Pending: The booking requires manual confirmation by HDE.
- Pending Payment: The booking is for a paid consultation type and awaits payment.
5. Cancellation
You may cancel a booking that is in "pending" status through the Platform. A cancellation cutoff period may apply, as configured by HDE. Bookings that have been confirmed or completed cannot be cancelled by the user. To request cancellation of a confirmed booking, please contact info@hdetailenterprise.com.
6. No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without cancelling in advance, this will be recorded as a no-show on your account. After reaching the maximum number of permitted no-shows (as configured by HDE), your ability to book future consultations may be restricted, or you may be required to book paid consultations only. No-show counts are visible to administrators.
7. Rescheduling
Rescheduling is subject to availability. Each reschedule is tracked on the booking record. Repeated rescheduling may be treated as a cancellation at HDE's discretion. To reschedule, cancel the existing booking (if permitted) and create a new one, or contact info@hdetailenterprise.com for assistance.
8. Timezone Responsibility
The Platform records and displays booking times based on your browser's detected timezone. You are responsible for ensuring that the timezone detected by your browser is correct and for converting the scheduled time to your local time if necessary. HDE's internal scheduling operates in the Europe/Sofia timezone.
9. Meeting Platform and Links
Consultation meetings may be conducted via Discord, Zoom, Google Meet, or another platform as specified for the consultation type. A meeting link will be provided with your booking confirmation. HDE is not responsible for technical issues with third-party meeting platforms.
10. Recording
Consultations are not recorded by HDE unless explicitly agreed upon by both parties in advance. If recording is requested by either party, written consent must be obtained before the consultation begins.
11. No Obligation to Engage
A consultation does not obligate either party to enter into a service contract. Consultations are an opportunity to discuss potential projects and requirements. Any agreement to proceed with development services will be formalised through a separate order on the Platform.
