Affiliate Programme Terms
Last updated: February 2026
These Affiliate Programme Terms ("Affiliate Terms") govern your participation in the HDE affiliate referral programme operated by HDE (HDetailEnterprise), located at bul. "Dunav" #1, Plovdiv, Bulgaria, through the Platform at hde.dev. By enrolling in the programme, you agree to these terms in addition to the Terms of Service.
1. Programme Overview
The HDE Affiliate Programme allows registered users to earn commissions by referring new customers to the Platform. Affiliates share a unique referral code, and when that code is used by a customer at the time of placing an order, the affiliate may earn a commission on qualifying purchases.
2. Eligibility and Enrolment
To participate in the Affiliate Programme, you must:
- Have an active, registered account on the Platform
- Enrol through the affiliate section of the Platform by choosing a unique alphanumeric code (3 to 30 characters, letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores only)
- Agree to these Affiliate Terms and the Terms of Service
2.1 Programme Availability
The Affiliate Programme is available only when enabled by HDE. We reserve the right to enable or disable the programme at any time.
3. Referral Tracking
Affiliate referrals are tracked through a code-based system. There is no cookie-based or URL-based tracking. The customer must manually enter your affiliate code in the referral code field at the time of placing an order or checking out through the cart. If a promotional discount code is also entered, the promotional code takes priority. If the entered code does not match a valid promotion, it is checked as an affiliate code.
4. Commission Structure
Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the final one-time development cost paid on the referred order. The commission rate is determined as follows:
- If a custom commission rate has been set for your affiliate profile by an administrator, that rate applies.
- Otherwise, the site-wide default commission rate applies (as configured in the Platform settings).
- The default commission rate is subject to change at HDE's discretion.
5. Commission Lifecycle
Commission status follows the lifecycle of the referred order:
- Pending: A commission record is created when the referred order is marked as "paid" by an administrator.
- Approved: The commission is approved when the referred order is marked as "delivered." At this point, the commission amount is added to your total earned and available credits.
- Cancelled: If the referred order is cancelled, any pending commission associated with it is deleted.
6. Self-Referral Prohibition
You may not use your own affiliate code on your own orders. The system will reject any attempt to apply an affiliate code to an order placed by the same user who owns that code.
7. Payouts and Credits
Approved commissions are accumulated as available credits on your affiliate profile. Payout terms, thresholds, and methods will be established and communicated by HDE. Currently, credit adjustments and payouts are handled manually by administrators. HDE reserves the right to set minimum payout thresholds and to determine payout schedules.
8. Fraud and Abuse
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of your affiliate participation, forfeiture of all pending and available credits, and potential account suspension:
- Creating fake orders or accounts to generate commissions
- Attempting to circumvent the self-referral prohibition
- Manipulating or sharing codes in a misleading or deceptive manner
- Using spam, unsolicited messages, or deceptive advertising to promote your code
- Any other activity that HDE reasonably determines to be fraudulent or abusive
9. Tax Responsibility
You are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on commission income earned through the Affiliate Programme in accordance with the tax laws of your jurisdiction. HDE does not withhold taxes on affiliate commissions unless required by Bulgarian law. You agree to provide accurate tax information if requested.
10. Commission Adjustments
HDE reserves the right to adjust commission rates, modify the commission calculation methodology, or change the programme structure with reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively affect commissions that have already been approved. Administrators may also manually adjust available credits on individual affiliate profiles for corrections or special arrangements, and such adjustments are logged in the audit system.
11. Programme Modification and Termination
HDE may modify or terminate the Affiliate Programme at any time with 30 days notice communicated through the Platform. Upon programme termination, any approved and available credits will be honoured according to the payout terms in effect at the time of termination. Pending commissions at the time of termination may be evaluated and approved or cancelled at HDE's discretion.
12. Data and Privacy
Affiliate activity data (including your code, commission history, and referral counts) is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data is used to operate the programme, calculate commissions, detect fraud, and provide transparency to you regarding your earnings.
